7. To encourage staff to speak up if they feel they have been subject to discrimination.

8. To encourage our employees to treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Agreement to follow this policy

The equality, diversity and inclusion policy is fully supported by senior management and has been agreed with trade unions and/or employee representatives.

We will monitor and review this policy annually to ensure that our ongoing mission to provide a equal and diverse workplace is fulfilled. We recognise that our business activities do have an impact on the environment by way of the use of raw materials, emissions to air and water and waste generation, and strive to minimise this impact as far as is reasonably practicable.
